Once you have placed your order, I dispatch it within 5 days upon receipt of payment. Your music will be shipped at letter or postal package rates. I will find the optimal shipping rate.

For shipments shipped to Germany delivery in general takes place within 1-3 days. For the rest of Europe delivery takes place within 3-7 days, for USA & Canada 5-8 days and rest of the world 10-14 days. For alternative arrangements please contact me for more details.

Please note that the actual delivery time is the period from your parcel is shipped until it arrives at the country of destination. The local postal handling and customs can prolong the delivery time.

Return Policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to me within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact me at andreasbauer13@gmx.de within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. I reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
