Fire in its purity, burns all my wounds away,
flames burn high up my back, its heat embraces me.
Strength in its purity, cleanses my body from within,
a cover protects my flesh, it`s like my second skin.
Spirit in its purity, brings all my thoughts in order,
it leads to quietness and breaks the strongest border.
Truth in its purity, is said by the one, the liar,
can`t trust the truth itself, must trust my own desire.
The energies are bundling up, they form completeness just in one,
let destiny choose the right way, embraced by fire I`m today.
Hey, let the fire expand deep within,
Hey, let the strength grow,
Hey, let the spirit rise above you,
Hey, let the truth thrive.

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

I fucking love this band. 100% guaranteed that if you opened me up and listened to the sound of my crazy ass black metal heart, it would most likely sound something like this 🤣🖤 bcb723

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
